CEA-HOW Member Outreach
We each have the opportunity and the responsibility to share our experience, strength and hope with other sufferers from compulsive eating. The WSO is looking for members who want to be of service by volunteering to be listed on the CEA-HOW website Member Outreach page.

Service isn't just about leading meetings or holding a position, and it doesn't necessarily have abstinence requirements. It's about giving of yourself in any way that you can to help others find what you have found in CEA-HOW.

CEA-HOW Spiritual Meditation Book
Would you like to have access to a meditation book published by the membership for the membership? Here's how you can help.

• Send in your spiritually-based writing focusing on the Steps, the Traditions, and the Tools for possible inclusion in this book.
• If your sponsee reads something profound that he/she has written ask if you can submit the writing - or ask them to do it.
• Encourage everyone you know in CEA-HOW to contribute.
• Print out this flyer and bring it to your meetings.
